California stakes winner, sire; DOUX LORD (Fr) - Group Stakes horse, sire; PREDICAMENT - Churchill Downs stakes winner, sire; MINNESOTA GUS - So. California stakes horse; WINDY TRIPLE K - Graded stakes horse, So. California stakes winner (sold through my consignment at the DEL MAR yearling sale to Mel Stute for $27,000/earned over $250,000/ re-sold for $350,000 as a three year old); DOFF THE DERBY - Unraced (sales topper Hollywood Park Select breeding stock sale from my consignment/multiple grade one stakes producer including GENEROUS, winner of both the Irish and English Darbies/her 1997 weanling sold for $4,250,000; and over 50 other quality winners THOMAS F. SWEENEY - MEDIA * Familiar with all forms of Media including, but not limited to: TV, radio, print, sponsorship, trade and complimentary interviews, etc. * Produced the "Winner's Circle" TV show in Los Angeles, CA. This show also aired on the local NBC channel in Lexington, KY. The host, Tom Hammond, is now one of the top national NBC sportscasters. * TV on-air interviews on ABC Sports: The "Winner's Circle", "Breeders' Digest", "Racing From Santa Anita", "Los Alamitos Tonight", etc. * Print interviews with Daily Racing Form, The Bloodhorse, T.B. Record, T.B. Times, Handicapping Times, The Thoroughbred of California, Los Angeles Times, The Herald Examiner, The Star Banner, The Daily Sun, etc. * Host of "Down the Stretch" on KGAM Radio in Palm Springs, CA. Most recently, the host of a one-hour, weekly sports show on ESPN Radio in Phoenix, AZ. This was the #1 evening show on the station, more than tripling listeners from the prior time slot. * Arranged several racing-related promotions, such as the "All Star Jockey Race" at Bay Meadows and was in the process of putting a Match Race on at Santa Anita between DASHINGLY, million dollar winning Quarter Horse, and CHINOOK PASS, Eclipse Award - winning sprinter. The race never came to fruition due to the latter blowing a tendon. * Arranged sponsorship/advertising accounts for West Coast Limo, Old English Rancho, Saratoga Stud, Rancho Silverado, CTBA, C.T.S., OBS, Farm Equipment Supply, Tapestry Artists, Del Mar Sales, Bar One, The Beverly Club, etc. * Conducted numerous speaking engagements including the World Jockey Association, CTBA, etc. * Requested and performed as Host and guest on several handicapping seminars.
